Have you read Sura Kahf yet?
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet (peace be upon) said, "Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to to be near perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by offering the prayers in the mornings, afternoons, and during the last hours of the night. (Related by Bukhari)
My take:
1. This religion is very easy to follow.
2. Remember that your family, you body, etc. have rights over you, so fulfill these rights and stay close to your Lord through prayers in different parts of the day and night, iA.
